We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing processes with your technical expertise and hands-on skills.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Operate and maintain advanced CNC machines: You'll be working with top-of-the-line equipment like TMC, HMC, DMG, and Integrex machines, ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance.
• Become a programming pro: Interpret CMM programs to make necessary corrections and translate part drawings into precise NC programs, adhering to GD&T requirements.
• Quality is key: Understand and follow established SOPs and industry best practices to guarantee the highest quality standards in our production processes.
• Embrace your inner problem solver: Conduct root cause analysis using QC tools and identify areas for improvement.
• Safety first: Ensure safe material handling procedures and wear appropriate PPE for each process.

What we're looking for:

• A strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices.
• Experience operating TMC, HMC, DMG, or Integrex machines (a plus!).
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Knowledge of basic cutting tools and holders, tool setting procedures, and workholding devices.
• Experience with deburring, washing, leak testing, and in-process inspections.
• Proficiency in using measurement gauges and instruments.
• A commitment to safety and following established procedures.
