To thrive in this role, you should:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Have 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a Shared Services Centre or large multi-state company.
• Be a strong communicator and team player, comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
• Have excellent analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Be open to new ideas, adaptable to change, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Possess proven US GAAP accounting knowledge and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Be fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Payments and GRIR reconciliation.
• Digital/intelligent automation capabilities.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation or BPO.
