Calling all passionate software engineers! Swiggy, India's leading on-demand delivery platform, is seeking motivated individuals to join their engineering team as Associate Software Development Engineers (aSDEs).

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services that power Swiggy's operations.
  • Craft high-quality, maintainable code in Java and Go, contributing to the company's tech stack.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies like Elastic Cache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, and more to build efficient and reliable backend solutions.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and active participation in design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing performance and addressing scalability challenges.

Who you are:

  • A recent graduate (2022/2023) with a B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • A skilled programmer in Java and/or Go with a strong understanding of backend development concepts and technologies.
  • Familiar with databases and data modeling principles.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about cutting-edge technologies like Elastic Cache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB.
  • A problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
