Who they're looking for:

• Recent graduates (2023, 2024, or 2025) from any accredited university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Freshers with 0-2 years of experience (not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.

Bonus points:

• Solid understanding of Core Java/J2EE.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming and methodologies.
• Experience with SPRING, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Proficiency in SOAP and REST-based web services.
• Competence in Java Script, HTML/Autonomous XSD, XSLT, JS, OJET, JSON, XML, and BPEL.
• Experience with Microservices and Springboot.
• Proficiency in ORACLE 12C & PLSQL.
• Exposure to application servers such as WebLogic, Tomcat, and JBoss.
• Familiarity with middleware concepts, including JMS, MQ, and OSB.
• Exposure to security concepts, including PKI, SSO, and SAML.
