- Proactively manage customer requests: Monitor inbound tickets, route them efficiently, and work directly with customers to resolve their issues quickly and effectively.
- Champion efficiency and optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and work to streamline support workflows, minimizing ticket volumes and boosting team productivity.
- Collaborate seamlessly: Partner with Service Delivery Managers and other Rackspace teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences within agreed timeframes.
- Embrace a data-driven approach: Track key performance indicators like ticket workload, customer satisfaction, and accuracy to measure your impact and identify areas for growth.
