What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support: Respond to inquiries, identify issues, and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
- Bridge the gap between customers and Qualcomm: Convey customer input to the design team and suggest modifications to existing solutions.
- Be a problem solver: Conduct root cause analyses on complex customer issues and integrate Qualcomm software according to their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team: Customize Qualcomm software, diagnose complex issues, and take ownership of software modules for enhancements.
- Become a technical expert: Write, review, and edit technical documentation for a specific technology area and demonstrate the value of Qualcomm products to customers.
Who You Are:
- A recent graduate or experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in embedded system debugging: Especially with ARM architecture and JTAG/T32 analysis.
- Solid understanding of operating systems: Including Linux, RTOS internals, and Android framework/service/driver development.
- Experience with programming languages: C/C++, Java, and scripting languages preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: You can work independently and effectively with a team.
