What you'll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, building relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Improve customer experience: Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures, and participate in initiatives to implement changes.
  • Analyze performance data: Use your analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, contributing to increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team: Work closely with operational centers to provide coaching and support, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records: Track daily operations, log incidents, and identify trends to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Focus on continuous improvement: Always strive to find ways to enhance customer service and overall experience.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (2020-2024 graduates welcome)
  • Up to 1 year of experience (not mandatory)
  • Comfort working in rotational shifts (including nights)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of contact center operations and metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
