KPMG is Hiring Managed Services HR Ops-Execution Analyst in Gurgaon and Noida, India!

About the Position:

KPMG is looking for a talented and motivated Managed Services HR Ops-Execution Analyst to join their team in Gurgaon or Noida, India. This role is responsible for providing end-user support, managing HRIS systems, and collaborating with IT/Tech teams to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and efficient employee data management.
  • Support all aspects of HRIS, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Offer expert advice and support on Talent Management systems like Oracle.
  • Partner with IT/Tech teams on implementation and upgrade plans.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to anticipate and address business needs.
  • Manage pressure effectively and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with risk management requirements.
  • Conduct data audits, research discrepancies, and prepare reports.
  • Maintain process documents and reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/PG/MBA required.
  • 0-2 years of experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and data management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive work ethic and ability to meet deadlines in demanding situations.
  • Adaptability to various work environments and schedules.
  • Experience with HR domain Service Request modules.
  • Experience with Employee Data Management and HRMS/HRIS tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo, or Workday.
