Customer Success Executive - PowerShare (Bangalore, India)

Microsoft + Nuance is looking for a talented and motivated Customer Success Executive (CSE) to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for small to mid-sized customers using our PowerShare products and services. You will play a critical role in ensuring their success by creating a positive customer experience, driving adoption, and maximizing their return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 50 customers with annual revenue between $2-3 million.
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption plans to drive efficient usage of PowerShare within customer accounts.
- Implement PowerShare at spoke accounts, including installation, training, testing, and ensuring connectivity.
- Expand the PowerShare footprint across our client base by educating prospects and growing usage.
- Partner with customers to define business outcomes and build personalized success plans with clear objectives, stakeholders, milestones, and metrics.
- Build strong relationships with customers to influence solution adoption, generate support for new opportunities, and secure positive testimonials.
- Deeply understand customer's business and industry, and challenge them to consider new possibilities using PowerShare.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and driving adoption.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience with enterprise software solutions is a plus.
