About the Program:
Join our Summer 2024 Technical Writer Intern program in Hyderabad or Bangalore and be part of one of the best technical writing teams in the business. You'll work with developers, engineers, and product managers to create user-friendly documentation, online help, and learning materials for Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update documentation and user assistance for Salesforce products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Apply Agile methodologies to documentation development.
- Learn and utilize innovative technical communication tools.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to specific styles and processes.
- Knowledge of XML or HTML (a plus).
- Strong focus on quality and detail.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Collaborative and team-oriented.
- Passionate about customer success.
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or communications field.
