What you'll do:
- Analyze and test the functionality of Genpact's investor accounting system, comparing performance across old and new systems.
- Demonstrate your understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
- Master MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, graphs, and more.
- Work closely with colleagues, sharing your work for feedback and actively incorporating suggestions.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and efficiency.
Who you are:
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree/MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management.
- You have some experience in the funds administration industry (a plus!).
- You're a whiz with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- You're a natural problem solver with a logical and goal-oriented mindset.
- You excel at communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
- You deliver compelling presentations with confidence, whether in person or virtually.
- You thrive in collaborative team environments.
Bonus points if you have:
- Expertise in hedge fund administration, asset management, or the financial services industry.
- Experience in reporting and reconciliations.
- Testing experience.
