Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis:

  • Query databases using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL)
  • Clean and prepare data for analysis (error removal, outlier identification, data transformation)
  • Conduct data analysis to derive insights and solve data-related issues
  • Use Excel for advanced data analysis
  • Improve data quality alignment across CRM databases
  • Ensure smooth lead transition from Eloqua to CRM
  • Monitor data integrity and consistency across systems
  • Drive continuous innovation and implement process improvements
  • Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to ambiguity
  • Continuously learn and develop skills to meet team and client needs
  • Automate report creation and delivery
  • Establish data management standards and best practices

• Intern:

  • Assist in Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, and Advisory engagements within the BFSI domain
  • Evaluate technical aspects of risk assessments to provide insights into client's risk landscape
  • Support analysis and design of end-to-end business processes
  • Collect, synthesize, and analyze data using various tools and technologies

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Basic understanding of ETL tools like Alteryx
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and flexibility
