Calling all detail-oriented, analytical minds! BlackRock, a leading global asset manager, is seeking a motivated Analyst (Data Operations) to join their team in Mumbai or Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from both the office and home.

What you'll do:

• Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing by reviewing and validating invoices against internal data records.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with vendors and colleagues for smooth issue resolution.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices and payments, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Prepare reconciliations to identify differences between service usage and actual invoices.
• Maintain the accuracy of internal service inventory and manage corresponding fees.
• Analyze invoicing factors to identify areas for process improvement and streamlining.
• Generate reports on data usage and prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Who you are:

• A graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or equivalent degree (2018-2023 graduates preferred).
• 0-3 years of experience (any field).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Time management proficiency and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to handle challenges.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with a sense of urgency.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to team success.

Bonus points:

• Previous experience in invoice validation or expense account reconciliation.
• Demonstrated track record of process optimization and quality control implementation.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
