We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Student Engagement Associate (Hindi).
Collaborate with workshop organizers to define workshop objectives and content.
Maintain good relationships with the college POCs and CRs of colleges where NxtWave conducts events.
Facilitate discussions, activities, and group interactions before the event.
Troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure a smooth experience for students.
Create awareness among the college students about NxtWave's vision and offerings.
Native speaker of Hindi
Self-motivated
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections diplomatically
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Target-oriented
Regular training and periodic capability development programs
