Position: Associate - Product Technician
As an Associate - Product Technician at Genpact, you will play a vital role in our mission to revolutionize the business landscape. You will be responsible for handling crucial tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of various projects. Your attention to detail, technological expertise, and dedication to quality will contribute directly to our success.
- Import, process, validate, and edit data transmitted from the Field organization.
- Create accurate and timely reports, data, and invoices according to project specifications.
- Adhere to customer and internal deadlines while ensuring project progress tracking.
- Utilize specialized tools to process data based on specific customer requirements.
- Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards and follow established procedures.
- Provide telephone support for field personnel and customers when required.
- Update and maintain databases supporting ongoing projects.
- Contribute to diverse projects, teams, and plans to achieve company goals.
- Offer cross-functional support and training within the Delivery Group as needed.
- Independent and rapid learning of processes, procedures, and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Access, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of database concepts.
- Knowledge of GIS is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
