Job Title: Operations Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to monitor our business parameters and identify any anomalies or errors within our ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for detecting errors, investigating their root causes, and providing insights and recommendations for issue fixes. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential aspects of this position.
- Monitor business application dashboards and anomaly detection systems for issues and errors.
- Identify root causes of errors and analyze their impact on business operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations for issue fixes to minimize business loss.
- Generate monthly/weekly reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and provide updates on progress.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
- Define, develop, and communicate key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams.
- Create and maintain documentation related to processes, issues, and solutions.
- Understand underlying processes and data flows, and analyze and address errors.
- Act as a liaison between partner insurance companies and internal business, product, and tech teams.
- Contribute to process automation and management information system (MIS) improvements.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective management of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Multitasking skills to handle diverse requirements.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic SQL knowledge would be a plus.
- Experience in reporting, automation, dashboarding, and monitoring would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Graduate Trainee/Fresher.
