Job Description:

MountBlue Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking smart and motivated engineers to join their team as Software Engineer Trainees. The ideal candidate should have programming proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Javascript, Java, Python, PHP, or Ruby.

Selected candidates will undergo an extensive 12-week training program. Upon successful completion of the program, they will be offered the role of a Software Development Engineer.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a team to develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software.

- Create web and mobile applications using languages such as Javascript, Java, Python, HTML, and CSS.

- Ensure timely and defect-free software deployments.

- Write documentation for software and APIs.

- Provide support and hot fixes for software during production.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Javascript, Java, PHP, or Python.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn new technologies.

Note:

- MountBlue Technologies Pvt Ltd invests considerable effort in training new employees through direct mentoring by senior professionals. Candidates willing to commit to 15 months of continued employment should apply.

- After the initial 3 months of training, selected candidates will be assigned to one of the following locations based on preferences: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Chennai.

- Compensation/stipend: ₹15,000 per month for the first three months (training), ₹33.4k per month for the next 12 months (total ₹4.01 lakh). Compensation after 15 months will depend on performance and has varied between ₹8 to ₹12 lakh.
