Job Description:
Amazon is hiring for the International Voice Process in Andhra Pradesh. This position allows you to work from home or the office.
Eligibility:
- Candidates from anywhere in Andhra Pradesh can apply.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues.
- Communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone.
- Use software tools to navigate customer accounts and provide effective solutions.
- Work in a fast-paced and fun environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: ₹202,000 to ₹340,500 per annum.
- Additional perks include overtime and night shift allowance, internet allowance, Sodexo-Zeta meal, and insurance.
Requirements for Assessment:
- Laptop/PC with webcam and headphones with a good microphone.
- Do not apply from a mobile phone or tablet.
- Assessment should be done in an undisturbed environment with a stable internet connection (minimum 20Mbps).
- Assessment should be attempted only on a laptop/desktop with a functioning web camera and headphone with a microphone.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
- Good comprehension skills.
- Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system.
- Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Good typing skills.
