As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will assist customers in troubleshooting their custom code, integration, and implementation of Salesforce products. This involves debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring the resolution of issues. You will develop and maintain technical expertise in specific areas of product functionality. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and provide explanations on features and Salesforce coding practices. Your role will contribute to enhancing customer happiness and maintaining high-quality customer experiences. You will actively participate in job-related training activities to continuously enhance your skills.
- Superb communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of self-motivation
- Pursuing a BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum of 70% academic scores from Circuit Branches (Batch of 2024)
