Job Description:

We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative for our International Voice team based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in expediting orders, resolving post-sales issues, and providing effective solutions. You will primarily communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone channels, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts and address their concerns. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems

- Communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat, and phone channels

- Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions

- Maintain a fun and fast-paced work environment

- Adhere to department standards and ensure productivity

Key Skills:

- Minimum qualification of 10+2; any graduate/PG is eligible to apply

- Excellent English communication skills

- Flexibility to work in shifts

- Effective time management and prioritization skills

- Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external customers

- Good comprehension skills to understand and address customer issues appropriately

- Proficiency in using desktop/laptop computer systems, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer

- Good typing skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum qualification is 10+2; any graduate/PG is eligible to apply

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

- Flexibility to work in shifts

- Effective time management skills

- Ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards

- Good comprehension skills to address customer issues appropriately

- Proficiency in using desktop/laptop computer systems, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer

- Good typing skills
