Job Description:
Amazon is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Associate in the International Voice Process. This role is open to candidates residing anywhere in Andhra Pradesh. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this position.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues. Communication with customers will primarily be through mail, chat, and phone channels. You will utilize various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via mail, chat, and phone channels.
- Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems.
- Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Adhere to department standards and prioritize work time effectively.
- Demonstrate good comprehension skills and address customer issues appropriately.
- Use desktop/laptop computer systems proficiently, including Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Demonstrate good typing skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
