We are excited to announce an opening for International Voice Process (Customer Support) and welcome freshers to apply as well. We offer a salary package that aligns with market standards.
The position entails providing customer support to our international clients, which requires excellent communication skills in English. The shift timings are flexible, as we have US rotational shifts lasting nine hours each day. We provide transport for our employees, with pick-up and drop-off cab facilities provided within 25 km of the boundary limit. Our employees work 5 days a week and have 2 rotational offs.
To qualify for this position, candidates must go through several rounds of interviews with our HR, voice and accent assessment, operations, and customer service teams. This full-time permanent position is based out of Gachibowli.
As a Customer Success Associate, your salary will be in line with market standards. This position is within the IT Services & Consulting industry, specifically in the Customer Success, Service & Operations department.
