Job Title: Associate Manager-Acquisition (CASA) - AP & TS
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
We are currently seeking an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) to join our team. As an Associate Manager, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new current account customers for a designated branch. You will interact directly with customers, explaining and selling banking products while ensuring the best-in-class service. You will act as a link between customers and the bank, supporting the Sales Manager in catchment mapping, customer feedback, and identifying potential opportunities. Your role will involve driving client acquisition, building customer relationships, and maximizing lifetime value to achieve organizational goals.
- Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) current account customers in the identified segment and generate references from the specified catchment area.
- Ensure acquisition of high-quality current accounts in terms of product mix, segments, and constitution mix.
- Proactively register and activate acquired customers on direct banking channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisitions by analyzing customer's transaction banking needs.
- Assist and support the Sales Manager in catchment mapping and scoping exercise.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager and Relationship Manager on opportunities and customer needs.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy.
- Demonstrate a high degree of market awareness and understanding of customer's needs.
- Collaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide customer-centric product and service offerings.
- Graduate in any discipline.
