JOB TITLE: Key Accounts Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Key Accounts Officer to join our team in Delhi. As a Key Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our B2B2C platform, Dunzo D4B, which provides on-demand logistics services to small and medium businesses. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions, and building strong relationships to support their growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining a client database, tracking sales metrics, and collaborating with channel partners to achieve sales targets.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct cold calls and outbound communication to prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions.

- Research potential leads through various channels such as business directories, web searches, and digital resources.

- Qualify leads generated from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and trade shows.

- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients.

- Present information effectively to potential clients and deliver engaging sales pitches.

- Conduct on-field visits to onboard and train clients.

- Track and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

- Collaborate with channel partners and team members to build sales pipelines and close deals.

- Maintain client information in a database, such as Salesforce, CRM, or Excel.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduation degree is mandatory.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of the local geography and market understanding of Delhi.

- Proficiency in the local language is essential.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Familiarity with the sales process from initiation to close.

- Previous experience in field sales or related sales roles is preferred.

- Familiarity with tools like Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, JIRA, and CRM will be advantageous.

- Positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
