As a Trust & Safety New Associate-Service Management, you will be part of the Service Management team responsible for providing reliable and safe products and services for intended users. In this role, you will be part of the Content Moderation team that reviews photos, videos, and text-based content to ensure compliance with our client's terms of services. You will be expected to work in a 24*7 work environment with rotational shifts and week offs.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Interact with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management.
• Receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• Be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a focused scope of work.
• Work in rotational shifts and week offs at the designated office/home/hybrid location setup, as decided by the business in a 24*7 work environment.
• Any Graduation degree
• 0 to 1 year of experience
• Ability to work well in a team in a designated office/home/hybrid location setup.
• Agility for quick learning to meet client/service delivery commitments.
• Detail-oriented to learn and perform within expected timelines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24*7 work environment with rotational shifts and week offs.
