The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly document claim files, capturing and updating data accurately.
  • Analyze applicable coverage to determine policy verification.
  • Assess liability by gathering relevant information and applying your knowledge of coverages.
  • Identify fraudulent claims and refer them accordingly.
  • Calculate damage values or ranges to assess damages.
  • Negotiate claim settlements strategically within your authority limits.
  • Drive timely claim resolution with complete ownership of the process.
  • Maintain data integrity, document claim files meticulously, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service through proactive communication and responsiveness.


  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
  • Experience handling damage, liability, or injury claims within Property & Casualty (P&C) or Healthcare Claims.
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, challenges, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in evaluating injuries and damages using relevant tools and technology.
  • Knowledge of available coverages, liability policies, and common exclusions.
  • Results-oriented with excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures.
  • Proven leadership, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
