About the Role:
In this critical role, you will be the go-to expert on our competition. You will gather, analyze, and synthesize information to provide valuable insights that will help us win against the competition. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure everyone has the information they need to develop winning strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams by identifying top opportunities against competition and building strategies to win deals.
- Create competitor playbooks and POVs (point of view) to equip sales teams with the knowledge they need to effectively compete.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate sales teams on competitor strengths, weaknesses, and strategies.
- Conduct win/loss analysis to understand why we win and lose deals to competitors.
- Generate reports on competitive trends and market dynamics.
- Partner with regional and global leaders to develop local market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Proven business acumen and understanding of sales and research processes.
- Expertise in competition research and analysis.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
