About the Role:
- In this role, you will play a vital role in helping NatWest Group achieve its goals by bridging the gap between business and technology. You will be responsible for:
- Understanding customer needs: Analyze both internal and external customer needs to ensure technology solutions meet their expectations.
- Documentation and Communication: Refine and translate complex information into clear, concise documentation for all stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify, capture, and document business and system requirements.
- Project Management: Contribute to defining business requirements and ensure they align with the overall strategy.
- Agile Methodology: Utilize your understanding of Agile principles to effectively manage projects within an Agile environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (2019-2024 graduates encouraged to apply)
- Business Analyst Certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in the Banking domain (essential)
