What you'll be doing:

• Create, edit, and manage various technical documents, including user manuals, upgrade procedures, online help content, and release notes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product specialists, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
• Translate complex technical details into clear and easy-to-understand instructions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain and update existing documentation based on user feedback and product changes.
• Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Continuously learn new tools and techniques to stay ahead of the curve in technical writing best practices.

What we're looking for:

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of related experience (or a Master's degree with no experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise user documentation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• A collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
