Job Description:
- Effectively handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues delivered through phone calls.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality service and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout all phone interactions.
- Manage a high volume of calls, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Flexibility to work on different weekly schedules.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks with focus.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a call center environment.
