To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Possess experience in a customer service or account management role within the financial services industry (preferred).
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
