We are searching for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Bangalore-based People Services team as an Analyst People Services Generalist (Recruiting Services). This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with 0-1.5 years of experience.
In this role, you will:
- Support various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, conducting background checks, and managing candidate data.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as drafting offer letters and corresponding with candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas.
- Participate in team meetings and work on process improvement initiatives.
To be successful, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or an associate's degree with 1 year of experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (familiarity with recruitment software is a plus).
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including US and India hours).
