About the Role:
Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Locations: Pune, Noida, Hyderabad
Shift Timings: Rotational
Work Days: Rotational off
Salary: 2.4 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone and email for a variety of IT applications.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting and diagnose technical issues.
- Manage and track tickets throughout their lifecycle.
- Utilize internal knowledge base and resources to find solutions.
- Provide remote assistance using software tools.
- Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and call-backs.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Uphold adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Any undergraduate degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers and common software applications (e.g., email, web browsers)
