As a Qualcomm Engineering Intern, you will:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Communications Engineering.
• Expected graduation year of 2024 or 2025 (depending on internship program).

For the Software Engineering Internship:

• Proficient in operating system concepts, data structures, C/C++, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience in real-time embedded software development and device driver creation.
• Familiarity with mobile software development for Windows Mobile, Android, or Linux.
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments, Linux drivers, and Linux kernel development (preferred).

For the Hardware Engineering Internship:

• Experience in verifying Systems on Chip (SoC) with embedded RISC/DSP processors and communications/networking ASICs (preferred).
• Proficiency in Verilog or VHDL, C/C++, and Tcl/Perl/shell-scripting.
• Understanding of VLSI, wireless/wired communications, protocols, or multimedia graphics/video (preferred).
• Knowledge in PLL, LNA, OpAmp, CMOS, ADC/DAC, Cadence, SpectreRF, or Layout (for RF/Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design).
