Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and fix Hardware/Networking/OS related issues over the phone.
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a "Customer First" culture in every interaction.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand and resolve their technical problems.
- This role may involve upselling products or services to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any one regional language
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain emotional stability
