AiDash is looking for talented Business Analysts to join our growing team in Bengaluru and Gurugram! In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business challenges and develop AI-powered solutions. You will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with clients and Engagement Managers to understand their business challenges.
- Work with Data Science and Product teams to translate business problems into solutions using AI.
- Provide valuable business insights throughout the model development process.
- Leverage data analytics to support clients and teams in making data-driven decisions.
- Continuously innovate and propose new ideas to improve problem-solving methodologies.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical/technical field (IIT, NIT, BITS preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in business analytics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in business analytics tools (Python, SQL, R, Excel) a plus
- Experience working with AI/ML models a plus
