We're searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our client's Benefits and HR operations.
What You'll Do:
- Process and audit Benefits/HR transactions with accuracy and efficiency, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that optimize client service.
- Maintain high-quality standards in data entry, adhering to strict data security protocols, internal guidelines, and customer service protocols.
- Utilize your strong computer skills and data entry expertise to perform assigned tasks and calculations.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.Com., BBA, BSc - Non-IT) and 0-2 years of experience in back-office operations or similar transaction processing roles.
- Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office applications and a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
- A passion for accuracy and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Previous experience in the outsourcing industry and a knack for building positive relationships.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours (including 24/7 shifts and occasional extended hours).
