About the Role
Empower results for our clients by processing and auditing Benefits/HR transactions with accuracy and efficiency! Join our team as a Benefits Processor/Auditor and you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for our clients. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to identify issues, improvement opportunities, and recommend or implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Process and/or audit Benefits/HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with the team to identify issues and recommend solutions for process improvement.
- Manage inventory and ensure ongoing quality service delivery.
- Maintain data security and adhere to all company codes of conduct, internal guidelines, and customer service protocols.
- Perform data entry, rule-based processing, and simple calculations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (excluding B.Tech, BE, LLB, B.Ed, BSc (IT), MCA, or regular MBA).
- 0-2 years of experience in back-office operations or similar transaction processing.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in outsourcing environments.
- Strong social skills.
