Location: Chennai, India

About the Role

Empower results for our clients by processing and auditing Benefits/HR transactions with accuracy and efficiency! Join our team as a Benefits Processor/Auditor and you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for our clients. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to identify issues, improvement opportunities, and recommend or implement solutions.


  • Process and/or audit Benefits/HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with the team to identify issues and recommend solutions for process improvement.
  • Manage inventory and ensure ongoing quality service delivery.
  • Maintain data security and adhere to all company codes of conduct, internal guidelines, and customer service protocols.
  • Perform data entry, rule-based processing, and simple calculations.


  • Bachelor's degree (excluding B.Tech, BE, LLB, B.Ed, BSc (IT), MCA, or regular MBA).
  • 0-2 years of experience in back-office operations or similar transaction processing.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in outsourcing environments.
  • Strong social skills.
