BlackRock is seeking a talented Associate, AUM & Revenue Analytics to join its team in Gurgaon, India. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting BlackRock's mission to help people achieve financial well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and document reporting processes, streamlining procedures for efficiency.
- Gain in-depth understanding of NNBF processes and policies, ensuring adherence.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to strengthen the team's knowledge base.
- Support weekly and monthly production, ensuring accuracy and adhering to governance frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of metrics and frameworks for managing AUM, Flows, Revenue, and NNBF.
- Assist with onboarding and reporting for complex assignments, collaborating with colleagues across various business units.
- Provide oversight and guidance on data and system integrations and migrations.
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes and drive implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or MBA
- Strong analytical, innovative, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on controls and risk mitigation.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and intellectually curious with a desire to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of investment processes across various product structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to develop strong partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with VBA experience a plus. Familiarity with TM1 or similar tools is a benefit.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, financial reporting, operations, and data mining (or relevant experience).
