About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate in Computer Science to launch their career in the exciting world of IoT and Cloud technologies. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be involved in the design, development, and testing of our IoT platform. You will work alongside experienced engineers and gain valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test software for our IoT platform
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Passion for IoT and Cloud technologies
- Experience working with AWS platform and its core services (IoT Core, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CDK, SQS, MKS, DynamoDB, RDS, S3)
- Strong experience in software development using TypeScript and Node.JS
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks
- Understanding of Serverless design, network security, cloud design patterns, high availability, and secure systems
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
