Customer Service Voice Representative - Pune (Genpact)

What you'll be doing:
- Answer inbound calls from members with a variety of questions and requests.
- Utilize strong communication skills to clearly explain complex information.
- Effectively navigate online tools and applications to assist members.
- Investigate and resolve disputes according to established protocols.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (a plus!)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
