Customer Service Voice Representative - Pune (Genpact)

Genpact is searching for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our growing team in Pune! In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support via phone.
What you'll be doing:
- Answer inbound calls from members with a variety of questions and requests.
- Utilize strong communication skills to clearly explain complex information.
- Effectively navigate online tools and applications to assist members.
- Investigate and resolve disputes according to established protocols.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (a plus!)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
