About the Role:
As an Associate Analyst at Wipro, you will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro's proprietary Total Benefit Administration System (TBA) to meet the needs of their clients. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the IT industry and work on cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and test the TBA system using proprietary systems and tools
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable configurations
- Write and execute test cases to ensure the quality of the TBA system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project completion
Qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA (2023 & 2022 Passed out) in any stream
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
- Proficient in SAS and Mainframes
- Strong understanding of SQL queries
- Experience with automation testing is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
