- Assist with compensation and benefits projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Any Graduate degree.
- Experience with local payroll components (income tax, social security, etc.).
- Experience with payroll and HR software.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Innovative and resourceful mindset for a startup environment.
- Strong Excel proficiency.
- (Preferred) In-house payroll experience.
- (Preferred) Basic Jira and SQL understanding.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Google Suite applications.
