About the Role:

As a Software Development Engineer I - Android, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining our Android apps. You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and testing new features and improvements
  • Writing clean, maintainable code that others can work on
  • Performing code reviews and contributing to architectural planning
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience developing Android apps
  • Strong understanding of Java, Kotlin, and the Android SDK
  • Familiarity with common Android libraries and design patterns
  • Experience with unit testing and debugging
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for building high-quality software

Bonus points:

  • Experience with MVVM and other architectural patterns
  • Experience with REST APIs and consuming data
  • Contribution to open-source projects
