- Possess a background in Banking/Financial services, demonstrating proficiency in Service Delivery and Global Operations.
- Experience in AML and KYC/CDD/TM/Correspondent Banking/SAR operations, or broader banking operations, with intermediate to expert-level familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in Screening comprehension and capability to resolve matches efficiently.
- Serve as the primary contact for TM inquiries and promptly escalate any suspicious activities to financial crime compliance (FCC).
- Effective communication skills, including fluency in English, and adept at interpersonal interactions and relationship management.
- Strong time management, organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities, along with effective multitasking skills. Capable of performing well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in problem-solving and utilizing information to devise innovative solutions.
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Open to applications from graduates of any discipline.
- Preference may be given to candidates with additional qualifications or certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CFCS, or other compliance professional credentials.
