What will you be doing?


As a Business Analyst/ Business Management Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

For Business Analyst:

  • Building relationships with colleagues and other teams.
  • Creating reports for clients.
  • Compiling regulatory reports.
  • Keeping up with changes in regulations.
  • Managing your tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding departmental protocols and systems.
  • Suggesting improvements to processes and systems.
  • For Business Management - Associate:
  • Managing a central repository of tasks.
  • Improving the efficiency of the task repository.
  • Helping executives with projects, presentations, and business analysis.
  • Organizing information for presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Working with business partners to understand projects and move them forward.
  • Supervising and completing important tasks.
  • Identifying and mitigating business risks.
  • Helping with audits, regulations, and compliance.
  • Coordinating team meetings and preparing materials for events.
  • Gathering and managing resources on collaborative platforms.
  • Working with team members and managers to improve business processes.

What are they looking for?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Business Management or Operations roles.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, with Tableau skills being a plus.
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on design quality.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with different groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • The ability to explain your design decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.
