Intel's System Simulation and Modeling (SSM) team is searching for a talented Graduate Technical Intern to join their innovative team in Bengaluru, India. As part of the Software and Simulation Engineering (S3E) team, you'll play a crucial role in driving Intel's software-first strategy by developing robust system simulators.
What you'll do:
- Analyze specifications of upcoming new IP's and features, working closely with Intel engineers and architects to create next-generation simulation platforms.
- Develop software solutions, troubleshoot issues, and redefine approaches as needed.
- Ensure timely and efficient achievement of program goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.
- Proactively ensure simulation readiness, quality, and a positive customer experience.
What we're looking for:
- Pursuing a BE/B Tech or ME/M Tech in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or Electronics and Communications engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proven C coding skills and experience.
- Understanding of modern processor microarchitecture and computer systems architecture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with internal workings of Operating Systems (OS).
- A broad network of peers in the tech industry.
