What You'll Do:
- Assist with all HR admin tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Source top talent through various channels and screen resumes/applications.
- Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolving them efficiently.
- Collaborate with management and team members to keep everyone informed.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance HR processes and policies.
- Conduct exit interviews, onboarding calls, and feedback surveys to gather insights and drive improvement.
- Be a backup for recruitment tasks and take on other assigned responsibilities.
Who We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of HR experience (freshers with HR background encouraged to apply!).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong follow-through approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bonus points for experience in a startup environment!
