About the Role:
- This is a 2-year development program designed to give you a well-rounded understanding of our Innovation, Data & Analytics (IDA) function. You will rotate through four key areas of our data journey, gaining hands-on experience in each:
- Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
- BI & Reporting
- Data Science & Applied AI
- Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion
What you will do:
- Apply your learnings to practical outcomes in each rotation.
- Work on real-world projects that impact the business.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals.
- Develop your skills in various areas, including influencing and negotiating, communication, business acumen, and project management.
What we are looking for:
- Final-year students or graduates, available full-time from July 2024.
- A passion for innovation, data, and analytics.
- A strong academic record and a high degree of involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Creative thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Self-learning and highly driven individual.
- Ability to adapt to different situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BSC or equivalent degree in Data/ IT/ Computer Science or Math’s/ Engineering/ Sciences.
- An understanding of application lifecycles and governance.
- Software/coding experience.
