Fresh Prints, a leading custom apparel brand in the US, is seeking a Junior Operations Associate to join their team in Hyderabad, India. This is a remote work opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Address logistical inquiries from vendors and printers.
- Reschedule orders for specific vendors/printers when needed.
- Allocate and arrange orders using the company's web application.
- Coordinate with the sales team to keep clients informed of any order changes.
- Procure garments from wholesalers for vendors/printers.
- Build relationships with vendors/printers to align with Fresh Prints' vision.
- Collaborate with vendors/printers to ensure high-quality prints and resolve order issues.
- Communicate and provide feedback to resolve issues and improve the printer experience.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operations.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/PG/MBA degree (from 2018-2024)
- Positive attitude
- Strong critical thinking skills
- High emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective email writing skills
- Fluency in English
- (Preferred) Proficient in basic MS Excel functions
